Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), commonly known as MIG welding, is a welding process where an electric arc forms between a consumable electrode and the workpiece, generating the necessary heat for welding. The electrode, continuously fed as a solid wire, melts and forms the weld metal as it is consumed. The welding area is protected from atmospheric contamination by shielding gases or gas mixtures from the welding torch, ensuring high-quality welds by preventing defects caused by even minimal air exposure.
A 100 tons Welded Type Cement Silo is a large vessel designed for storing cement in bulk. This silo type is fabricated from welded steel sheets that provide strength and durability to the vessel, allowing it to bear the weight of the stored material and act against the external environment. Its substantial storage capacity, reaching 100 tons, enables it to handle and distribute cement effectively in many industrial and construction environments.
Operational, a 100 tons Welded Type Cement Silo receives cement through pneumatic conveying systems or another loading mechanism into the silo. The cement then settles down at the bottom of the silo, consuming the available storage. In applications that require cement for production or construction, the silo's discharge system, usually screw conveyors or airslide mechanisms, provides controlled withdrawal from the bottom. This will ensure a constant supply of cement while keeping famous issues like clogging or material bridging to a minimum.

WELDING FEATURES With a simple fusion, two parts can be combined. Large and heavy parts such as blocks and pipes can be welded using eutectic and tin-lead solder or melting alloys with low fusion points.
Fit-Up systems shortens the big diametric and heavy pieces’ montage period in cylindrical piece fabrication and reduces
the need of crane and operator. Fit-Up systems basically consist of 2 main rotator teams. With the fixed rotator system,
pieces’ heights towards each other are adjusted while rotator amount increases according to piece tonnage. Other rotator
systems are mobile and as it appends to the piece it moves forward and basically make the movement of the piece’s
rotating movement. With the help of column-bom which is the source of montaged pieces on Fit-up systems, it can be
finished quickly while saving man-hour. In Fit-up system basically; besides the fixed rotator set that adjusts montage and
heights it contains 2 motorized and 1 wanderer rotator systems.
Plate heat exchangers consist of a number of corrugated plates. The plate pack is mounted between a fixed and movable pressure plate, positioned by an upper and lower carrying bar, and compressed by several tightening bolts. The media involved in the heat exchange process are fed into the plate pack via connections on the fixed and movable pressure plates.
The arrangement of the plates creates two separate channel systems, enabling the two media to flow past and between each other without physical contact, leaving the exchanger again via connections in the pressure plates. Plate with different patterns can be mixed in the heat exchanger in order to achieve optimum efficiency at a given pressure drop.
